Manufacturing precision turned
parts involving turning, milling, drilling, boring,
heat treatment, surface treatment and NDT (Non
Destructive Testing).
Materials: nickel based alloy, cobalt based alloy,
stainless steel, titanium alloy, alloy steel,
aluminium alloy, magnesium alloy, nylon and PVC,
Inconel.
Typical parts include bushings, brackets, spacers,
pins, dowels among others.
Surface treatments carried out by MPP include
anodising, chemical conversion coatings, plating,
chromic acid anodizing, among others.
In-house MPI (Magnetic Penetration Inspection)
and FPI (Fluorescent Penetration Inspection) facility.
MPP is accredited with AS-9100 certification,
ISO/TS 16949 certification and ISO 14001 certifications.
MPP has created a separate facility for Aerospace
components machining with additional space of
20,000ft² for future expansion. MPP is planning
a very aggressive growth of its Aerospace components
business, which will account for more than 15%
of its future revenues.
